I've seen Amazon selling TDU2 for $5. I loved the first game but played 2 in beta and was disappointed, have they fixed the bugs yet?
I dunno about multiplayer but I finished TDU2 100% as far as single player mode without a problem. the game officially came out february 2011 and has had sveral updates since you last played it..... so whatever bugs you had then were fixed long before I played it.

picked up the new Tomb Raider at 75% off  ... and Slingshot DLC for X-COM (which I finished long ago) also at 75% off a few days back. waiting for Bioshock to hit 75% off in flash sales  if it doesn't then I get it in Winter sale event, no big deal

Seriously considering System Shock 2 for $2.50 as I never got a chance to play it back in the day. I hear it's similar to Condemned and Bioshock and those are 2 of my favs. If I had my debit card this would be a no brainer but I dont want to miss out on some great deals later on. Hmm decisions...

Yes any games that you have in a package, will be moved to your steam inventory and you can give it away to others.

Looks like they are a douche in this case, https://support.steampowe...php?ref=4502-TPJL-2656 And confirmed on my check out page. Had a big orange cross next to the tombraider collection. Below, it said You WILL NOT recieve extra copies of the titles you already own in this package. Looks like I am purchasing them one by one. Was gonna give two of them to my room mate :/ Altho, its still a good deal to be able to move most of my tombraider collection to steam and all on one platform Had some on ps2, some on dreamcast, and one on ps1, and the rest on pc. Now they are all on pc!

Works mainly on steam games, and occasionally when they have a special sale. Seems like a cheap shot to do that, but still be willing to take the full price of the package. They ought to prorate the package for those that dont want to gift and already own part of a package deal.

They've been doing it that way for the last few years at least. Numerous times I had to miss out on opportunities because it just didn't make any sense to spend money on something I wouldn't get. I believe it all depends on the publisher though, not all are pro-customer, remember. ;)

whats cool about dead island riptide is it follows a continuous storyline and it allows importing dead island saves to it. Just like the mass effect games did. wish thier was more game series that allowed this, not many do

That's a pretty nice thing. Doesn't Borderlands 2 also do that? I'm still in the early parts of Dead Island myself, no idea when I'd get to Riptide. I've been wanting to play a good mmo-like zombie game though, open-world and all, that's why I chose Infestation. It just looks like a good fun game to check out.

BL2 does take notice that you have a BL1 save or at least that you own the game because it gives you some bonus skins. Nothing is carried over though. I wonder how many people actually finished Dead Island though.
