Ah wonderful. The steam summer sale couldn't have come at a better time...it ends the same weekend we close on our house.
 
Now do I spend money on games or save for the closing costs...?

not sure, just hope Far Cry 3 and Metro Last Light make it on, its the 2 main games I want at this sale.

I'm looking to get FC3 as well...  but have more than enough Metro's

steam has been going on and offline and doing updates to the client lately, probably cause the steam summer sale is tomorrow! w00t

lol thats why I don't buy too many games at once, I pick up maybe 5 - 10 games at a time
 
If you waited the games on your backlog would have cheaper at the next sale

I can access the store through their mobile app.  The specials section seems out of date but if I go to my wishlist I can see the sale prices for everything on there.
