The only differences are that the fans run at 560RPM/12% below 60°C instead of 0RPM/0% and the Maximum Power Target is raised from 110%/222W to 115%/232W.
You won't see any performance gains.
It's only worth it if you need a 10W higher power target (and don't want to flash a bios with a modified power target) or if you don't want your card to be cooled passive (and don't want to set a custom fan curve in precision X).
But there will be no problems if you use the SSC performance bios.
