I have 2 registered EVGA GTX 1080 graphic cards on my EVGA Account. I had 1 PowerLink request before and wanted to add another one to it. So I cancelled my first request to make it only one request that includes 2 Free PowerLink..

 
After the cancellation, now I can't request anything at all. I think it's bugged out on my account.
 
I can click Request button but once I click it, it says "You cannot Request more than 2 PowerLink" 
I already canceled 2 request but it's detects like I didn't and It wont let me to Request at all.

I have already contacted EVGA EU support but they don't response my ticket fast enough. So I might miss the Free PowerLink Promotion that's why I post here.

I have another GTX 1070 FTW on the way. So, I want to request 3 PowerLink's but I didn't receive 1070 FTW yet so I have to wait for a week to register it.
 
If I request 2 PowerLink's now and 1 PowerLink after a week. Will thoose PowerLinks combined together when it's ships out? I dont want to pay 2 times for a shipping thats why I wondering..

No they will not if they are requested at different times. You will have to request them all at the same time in order to have them shipped out together.

So, even if I dont request all of them at the same time, Do I have to pay shipping 2 times to get it?

I only want to pay €23,99 for 3 PowerLink's for shipping. I dont want to pay another €17,99 for that last one.
