Move the audio card. It's probably causing the first slot to change throughput. And I wouldn't run GPUs in even-numbered slots unless you absolutely have to.

I attempted your configuration and it is still showing bandwidth pcie - x4 2.5gbs on post. I booted and installed the drivers within the same drive and rebooted and no success either. Any further ideas?

It would seem that what I suggested should have worked, but obviously not.
I'm not particularly familiar with the exact functionality of the nf200, so the best I can do if offer suggestions based on comparisons of working configurations. One difference that I noticed is that presumeably, putting two identical cards on different nf200s is slowing you down. My last suggestion is this:

Other than that, you'll just have to rip everything out, find a basic config that works, and add things back one at a time.

@terminou Nice benches. Looks like rhe card is running at spec even with the incorrect bandwith. Writes are a bit low, but if you don't mind that, I would not change a thing.

So what I'm hearing is that this only works at full speed potentially in slot 1. I was planning on throwing multiple ones of these in tandem in multiple slots for blazing performance. Doesn't sound like that is going to work in this board is it?

IF you buy a non X2 , you can put your revodrive in SLOT 1 or 7. It is same performance. I guess the others PCI-e slot wil give you same.

If the non-X2 variant suits your needs, then go for it.
 
Otherwise, consider something like an LSI 9265 or 9260.

Yea mine is in slot 7 and runs at full 5GBs.. and I dont know what gpu's your planning on but you'll have a hard time getting any card inbetween them. plus the 9265 gets quite hot and would certainly cook against a hot backplate. maybe a pci extender.

Some pretty decent numbers you are putting down. I wonder if I go with 8 SSD's if I can raise that number a bit? Probably with 4 though you may already be maxing it out.

Yeah I need something faster than the RevoDrive 3 speeds (more like the x2 or the LSI controller). Thanks for all of your input. I think I may go down the LSI route. Leave it in slot 7 and use three watercooled GPU's in the other slots. I may put a quad port NIC or two between them or a sound card.
