R.I.P. He will also be one of my favorite characters of all time. I really like Leonard Nimoy. A sad day.

One of my all time favorite actors. Another member of the original crew is gone but not forgotten. A man who truly went where no one has gone before.

Wow, I'll definitely miss his work. Later on in Trek he was more prevalent than any other original cast member.

Man I hate start trek so much!! I dont understand why people like that cheesy crap. But its sad to see a life go. It just upsets me that people feel more remorse for a celebrity dying than their own neighbor across the street.   Its so weird how people feel as if they know and have had a relationship with that celeb but even though they have not meet them in real life.

some of us die hard fans have taken the time to write, and communicate with these people, I didn't ever with Nimoy, but I did get to meet him once. We are upset he is dead simply because we have followed his work, his career, and we are bothered by the news, that a great artist is dead and we have lost spock forever now.

As for your dislike of Trek, thats ok HAZMAN, not everyone understands Star Trek.

His presence certainly affected many people. It's been a long time since I have seen so much social internet response regarding an actor's death.
