Answered[Resolved] EVGA GTX 1060 not booting

I purchased a EVGA Geforce GTX 1060 today and installed it in my computer.
When the card is installed my computer freezes on the bios screen and not respond, beeps will occur every 15 or so seconds.
After about 2 mins the screen will turn black it does not start windows after 15 minutes of waiting (Normal windows start is ~1 min).
Switching back to my previous video card fixes this issue.

I have tried only using 1 monitor, Switching to a 500w SST-ST5OF-ES, and not plugging the 6 pin cable into the video card, none of these have fixed the problem or produced a different result.

My computer
CPU-Intel I7-3770K @4.2GHZ~Lighton Bluray Burner.
MB -Gibabyte B75M-D3P
RAM-2x HyperX Red 8GB
GPU-EVGA GTX 1060
PSU-Corsair CX 430
HDD-1x 2-TB. 7200RPM Hard Drive
OS -Win.7 64BIT Professional

    Try updating your motherboard bios to the F7 version using your older video card. Retest 1060 after updating the bios.

    Do you have the latest BIOS installed for your motherboard? Looks like it is the F7 BIOS.

    I checked an I have the F4 BIOS I will try the update and report back

    Upgrading to the F7 BIOS has resolved the issue.
