There may be some unexpected help heading Nateman's way, my lips are sealed though. Someone get him out of his slumber and have him reply to my emails :)

I love the poly block that VSG got. I love love love it!

VSG great review as always. If we need to do the tests, I can always load the system up and drive the 2 hours to run full tests with the Nateman.

The Army blocked your website for some reason so I can't see the review until tonight.  I did take some pre-oxidized pictures when I finished making it:

Semi-tangent:

This is the current top dog waterblock http://forums.evga.com/Re...k-m2317614.aspx I have one on my shelf that I'm not using.  It looks like it's begging to have a second outlet port added to the other side to make it fully symmetric.  Doable?

Schweet.  I'll take some measurements and see if the topside of the top will have any issues with less copper being in the area where the new outlet would go.  I think they cut way more threads than is really needed anyways so should be ok.

It will still be machined out and blind tapped.  It will be fine.

On a side note, EK Supremacy Evo full metal ended up beating that HK 4.0 Pro. My hotbox slightly favors metal tops.

In the mail.

Barb doesn't get close to bottoming out.

The top plate is aluminum so has to go away.

To make symmetric some of this has to be trimmed.  Dunno what to fill in the top and bottom channels with to disconnect the left and right outlets from each other.  Acetal square could work, or maybe stuff a bit of neoprene foam in.

Like anyone who has hoses running through their house has kids....or a wife for that matter :)

Random Edit: Also noticed that the center inlet isn't actually at the center of the block, so position of the new outlet will have to be based on the original outlet -> block edge distance and not original outlet -> center inlet distance.

So does your wife like all the tubes, your old "evaporative cooler" and Skynet the full scale machine shop in your basement?
Kids harping on your to get the test bench LN2 ready again?

Must be nice, my GF has never asked me for a custom waterblock or LN2 pot.
