Hello all. I regret to come to this section of the forum because I hate having to deal with any kind of return/exchanges for anything how ever, my GTX 960 SC 4g has been giving me some problems lately and it seems I may need to request a new RMA on it.. The only problem is I do not know if I would even be able to do so because the video card I have currently itself is already a replacement from a previous RMA.. The date I purchased the video card says 12/05/12 how ever the video card was registered on 3/23/2013 which is I believe when I received the new replacement card. The video card holds a 3 year warranty and I am curious to know if I would be able to RMA this one.. It has been making a lot of noise lately and it has also begun to start running extremely hot and seems to not perform any where close to the performance level it was at when I first received it. I do not expect for it to run exactly like it used to when I first got it, but it has been hard for me to even play BF4 with the video settings I used to use and even when I turn down the settings I still have stutter issues and what appears to be showing weird colored pixels running through the screen.. I have tried replacing the drivers, applying new thermal paste, reseating the video card over and over again, checking to make sure the fan cable is plugged in all the way and I have made sure that there is no dust or anything else that could be blocking any of the air flow.. If it comes down to the conclusion that my video card has worn out, would it be possible for me to RMA it or have I lost the window in doing so?

You should have no problems doing a second RMA, This is EVGA and why most of us are here and user their products and support.
Under your My Products what is this card showing as far as time left under your Warranty?

After breaking down your post you posted that you have a 3 year warranty.
The warranty follows your RMA card so you RMA Card hold the same warranty as the first card with the start date of your warranty 12/05/12 so your warranty is up.
Unless you bought an extended warranty for 5 years total.

Yah thats why I am asking about it bcavnaugh because I am not exactly sure as to when the start date of this new card is.. I am hoping it is not out of the warranty date but if it is than it is.. EVGA is amazingly satisfying when it comes to helping their customers. And if it is out of date for the warranty and I can not do anything about it I understand. I will await the reply of an evga rep and hopefully get some good news. Again thanks for the input bcavnaugh

The best way to get an EVGA Rep to respond would be to Open a Support Ticket for an RAM.
This Forum is an Open Forum to all and not EVGA's Support Forum. In case you thought that is was..

    To the OP
The rma you got still keeps the exact warranty of the first card so just pretend the second card is still the first card warranty wise 12/05/12. Anyway the second date you have given for the second card 3/23/2013 is beyond 3 years anyway so either way you are out of your 3 year warranty.
