With the 2800 Vengence and the new 1.07 Bios, XMP said "not supported".
So I ordered 2400 GSkill DDR4 RIPJAWS.

This first picture is the first bootup into the bios after I removed the 2800 Vengence and installed the 2400 GSkill.
Now it shows it is supported but of course I haven't set XMP1 yet.

The second picture, I have enabled XMP1 with the 2400 GSkill.
Now we see the memory running at 2400 and the timing 15-15-15-35 set.

so my 2800mhz memory with the 1.06 or 1.07 Bios did not support XMP.
My 2400 memory with the 1.06 Bios does support XMP and is very stable with cpu at 4.0 and memory at 2400 with XMP enabled.
I haven't checked stability above 4.0 yet but I will. I want to make sure I am completely stable at 4.0 first.

Personally I wouldn't use XMP, you probably could've gotten your sticks running by manually plugging the timings and frequency in bios
