gtxjackbauer I personally like the Swiftech Full Waterblocks. Maybe cosmetically it isn't as appealing as the Aqua ones but nonetheless you get great temps from both. Its not just the outer looks, TBH I LOVE the full cover block of the Swiftech Komodo... My issue with them? The internals is awful. Even EK is catching up with great price to build quality. Also the HC/Swiftech blocks have been known to be the most restrictive blocks on the market.

I think the coolest water block ever was the one on the 580 Classified Hydro Copper. Just because we're talking about nice water blocks. Plus hat single slot profile, and the flow window with the glowing EVGA on top is awesome. I would have bought these at the time if I hadn't spent $3000 on everything but graphics. http://www.evga.com/produ...3G-P3-1593-AR_XL_4.jpg

But if in Serbia these days somehow show up ACX I will buy too. OK Classified is extremely nice peace of hardware and when show up I'll be sad but If I find this ACX SC I will do same as you. But I would love Classifed because I want when Haswell E show up to buy and motherboard and than I will have real Classified complete. 780 will be enough for me and for 2 years.

Yeah dont get me wrong I wanted a classy too, but the wait and the fact that I dont have EV bot seemed like the sc was a better fit. The FTW was probably the perfect card but I have been waiting so long now I jumped on the sc acx as soon as it came in stock. Now I gotta find me a backplate... Either way I got to go with an evga card and try out their new cooler so I am happy with my purchase.

Hello I am currently waiting on the 780 classified but I have a question about it. My motherboard is the asus crosshair formula IV and I was wondering if there will be any problems running the 780 since there hasn't been a new bios update on that mobo since 2011/2012 for beta versions.

No. You shouldn't have a problem. I don't think BIOS version won't impact video card compatibiliy. I have a 2600k on a Z68 motherboard, and even though it is from the same era as the crosshair it can use new cards. My last BIOS update was also in the same time period as yours. What CPU do you hav ? That would probably be a bottleneck to your 780 if you haven't updated it since you got your crosshair.

Currently using the 1090T. I know there might be a bottle neck but I am planing to upgrade on the upcoming months to either intel or any new AMD CPUs. Since I can't dish all the cash at once I was hoping on using the card until I can get the other pieces together.

Alright I see. I would recommend getting Intel processors as they're much better performing in even multi threaded tasks than AMD (although they are significantly more expensive, for motherboards too). And where did you preorder the 780 Classified??

Solar Trans Ah. Well do you speak German? You could call customer support. BTW how many euros was it? Why should i call those? They had i like 1 Day in shop. It was quiet cheap for a classified thats why i immidiently ordered there. It was even around 10€ less than the SC ACX maybe thats why they deleted it. But they didnt call me yet so i guess it will be fine. If they cant deliver they need to inform me. I know it's a big shop in germany they even were the best out here. (not sure if they are still the best) I ordered at the 21.6.

Hi BennX, I did the same as you, just almost 3 weeks ago. I ordered my 780 classy @mindfactory on June, 6th and the price was just too good to be real (620€ !!!) Until now I asked them 3 times about when my card will arrive cuz they push the delivery date from one day to an other...and the reply is always the same like "We feel very sorry for any incovenience, but the cards should arrive us tomorrow and then they´ll be immediately delivered to you." I can´t hear that excuse anymore...don´t think it will arrive the next weeks tbh. Maybe I ask them if i could switch to a SC ACX- version... but I can´t be bothered to wait any longer :(

But i am sure they will deliver as soon as they get the cards. The guy at the support told me that they ordered a bunch and when they get the cards they sending those. Id not change to a regular one because they need to deliver the sold article. Youll never get a classified anymore at that price i am sure... I already got the first part of the order and i am sure they will deliver the rest as soon as they get the cards. Lucky that i can wait with my GTX 295. But yes the price is just amazing. So just wait and chill i am sure the classified will worth waiting.
