You've got me as competition! I've been saving up for months for a new card... And don't think for a second that I'm going to let my camping of this forum go to waste! I'm not getting put on a wait list like I did when the 780 first came out! Oh no, I'm jumping on top of this one as soon as Jacob says go!

No doubt, I am sure there are a ton of people waiting for this card. I seem to be at a small disadvantage though as I live in Canada. I have not seen the ACX SC be in stock since the first few at launch. I thought about the lightning also but I have always had EVGA cards and would like to stick with that. But if I cant get a classy the lightning is my second choice.

Yes around that.
 
Right now the 780 Classified does fit in the minibox, but there is issues with with the PCI-E connectors since they stick out a bit, we are looking into some solutions for this.

Thanks for the info Jacob! Everything looks great. 2 to 3 weeks till the classy is out, I don't know if I can wait that long lol. I might end up having to go with the SC when they get them back in stock.

Asus just dropped the DCU II 780 and its 699.99.
 
I really hope the Classified 780 is nowhere near 899.99, but If so forget it, to rich for my blood.

ACX is best cooling type on market now.
Without doubt card have style.
MSI, GIGABYTE, ASUS long time make such type of cooling but 
EVGA is nicer than all. 
Unbelievably, looking from side that can't compare at all with other models.
They success to make nice on look non reference card and when you look from side.

Any idea Jacob if the classy 780 will be a limited purchase of just one card? I thunk I'll go with the SC now if that may be the case.

Do you saw DirectCU model of 780,???
I saw now... Because of that I didn't liked GTX480 because heat pipes from side, and DC is similar.
That not look good at all from side and SLI configurations...

I thought Nvidia put the X on the 780's coming with anything more then 3gb to keep throne to the 6gb Titan? Not saying that it isn't possible but damn that would be awesome! $100 prem would be WELL worth it!
 
On a second note, do we have specs yet on the 780 classy? And since the 770 classy is out and the 780 classy is supposed to be right behind it, can we expect any cards going out soon for benchmarking???? :)
