I over clock my gpu, and randomly I would get a red flash in witcher 3 (and only that game) but the weird thing is that the red flash happen at complete random moment (including times where there is barely anything going on on the screen) and I'm wondering it the red flashes is actually coming from the OC or the game, and if its from the OC, is it cause by the core or memory clock?

Most likely from the OC. Try running the game at stock clocks to see if the red flashes go away.

Too much Core Overclocking. It's the same for me and only in Witcher 3. Reduce core clock until these red flashes are gone and your card will be stable anywhere. :)

yep red flickering is well known side effect in Witcher 3 of an unstable gpu overclock.
