I have a Razer mouse with my z170 FTW setup and some of the time the mouse stays illuminated when i shut down the system, I've looked in the bios to find the setting that will turn off the power to USB sockets when shut down but i cant see it.  Can someone point me in the right direction.

    In the BIOS -> Power Management section, turn ERP Mode to ON..Fixed?

    ERP (ErP) Mode is an 'Eco Mode' complying with the ErP (Energy-related Products) Directive..You can search more about it other than here if you want to.
     
    ERP Mode (set to OFF by default in your BIOS) turns off as many things as possible in order to save energy when your PC is off, USB port power for one thing..It's a good incorporation into the BIOS/feature to have control over because before that, people would say "My (mouse light, external HDD, keyboard lights, whatever) stay on when I turn off my PC?..Help!"..All that has mostly been resolved with the introduction of ERP Mode.
