I just want to ask how many times needed for an RMA case? My RMA is forwarded a RMA Manager 8 days ago and i have no any notification about my case. I contacted via email. Thanks for your help.

I do see that you are in our EU region, I will reach out to our EU Regional office and have this escalated to them.  I do see notations on your account that they were working with you on this however the case is still open.  I am sorry I do not have any more for the immediate as our EU office is closed at this time.

Im not impatient just want to kow whats next.
 
Anyway another question. Early i asked this in another thread but no answer.
Why the EU Step-Up assortment is so poor? I cant get in bcause all the avaible modells bellow my current card.

your RMA-ticket is already open - you would only need to start the RMA-request through your profile "member home\my products\view edit my products\choose your product\view details\start new RMA", please let me know if you´d need further assistance "supporteu@evga.com".
