I have recently bought a new EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked (60w), but it does not work, at least not in my computer, and I cannot test it in another computer. The EVGA support has said to RMA, but I am not sure whether I should RMA with EVGA, Amazon (where I bought it from) or not bother with RMA and just request refund.

My motherboard is a bit picky with the hardware in it after Windows had to be reinstalled one time and messed up some BIOS/UEFI settings. My computer only boots with the OS in UEFI and the other two in Legacy when I am using a graphics card. I know this from when I first installed an ASUS GT 630 2GB (75w), and by using this card there cant be an issue with my power supply.

Welcome to the Forum ChrisJBurns
I would RMA through EVGA. You should complete Product Registration as well and then submit and Support Ticket for an RMA.
Or "just request refund"

Probably too late now but while EVGA has good warranty service, Amazon is much better - specially if you are a prime member. If Amazon actually fulfilled your order you will get immediate cross shipment and will not have to pay shipping either way. Process is much simpler also - been there - done that. Good luck.

Having difficulty locating where to post an issue I have with the EVGA650-220G20650-Y1 Gold Rated SuperNova. This appears to be someone else's post. If you can tell me where to go to start a new subject/thread, I'd appreciate it!
Thanks!

I would ask for help with troubleshooting the PSU first, before doing an RMA. Post a new thread in this section:> http://forums.evga.com/EVGA-Power-Supplies-f83.aspx

Hello ChrisJBurns,

Welcome to our forums. We are more than happy to assist you with a warranty replacement. Though I'm afraid that your issue may be due to incompatibility issue with your motherboard. Before proceeding with a RMA through us directly I would strongly suggest contacting your motherboard manufacturer to confirm if your model has any compatibility issues with Nvidia's Geforce 750Ti models and if there is a possible motherboard bios update that may help add better support. I would had for you to go through the RMA process and it ending up being a motherboard compatibility issue. Should you need any further support or assistance please do not hesitate to contact our support team who are available 24/7 at 888-881-3842 or email to Support@evga.com.

Regards,
