MY GTX 1070 was only 3 months old when it stopped working. EVGA acknowledged they built the card poorly and they had to fix it. My "advanced RMA" is taking too long.  an apology doesn't suffice. I paid $700 for a card and ill I am getting i frustration annoyance and excuses and apologizes. New tech comes out quickly and I cant even enjoy mine. Their last response to me was "we dont even know when you will get yours" That is totally unacceptable. I do not care if you are experiencing higher than average volume. That does not help me or compensate me one bit. It is EVGA's fault not mine. I had a choice between Gigabyte and EVGA. I have never had an issue with Gigabyte but decided to go with EVGA and i completely regret it. I jsut cannot recommend EVGA to any of my friends and most likely will never be a customer again.

    Hello mmarafioti,

I can confirm that we are working towards processing all outstanding RMAs as quickly as possible during this heavier than normal processing time.  I took a look at your RMA Status a moment ago and can confirm that it will be shipped out today.   You will receive an automated email from our shipping system once in transit and picked up by the shipping carrier.

We appreciate your patience again thank you for being an EVGA Customer.

    Best Regards,
