Hello, first time here!
So my RMA was approved, but i just read something about rma replacements.
I'm sending in my gtx 650ti BOOST 2gb ddr5 and im wondering, since it's a fairly old(ish) card.
- Do you guys still have this card in stock?
- If not, what will be my replacement?

Thanks for reading !
cheers

    Hi wizQQ,

Welcome to the forums. I would expect the replacement to be the same model as the one sent in. More details for the questions you have asked are covered one of the thread's sticky here.

    Edit: Fixed the link

    Hi wizQQ,

I can confirm that if you are past 30 days of ownership then we do request that you pay the shipping into us and then once received we will pay the shipping back to you.  Please also keep in mind that we do everything possible to avoid any import fees or taxes being added by shipping the package with air shipping and marking it as a warranty replacement with a minimal value, but if they should be added by customs then this would be the responsibility of the receiver.

    yeah i figured as much.
you guys should understand the gpu's to quite some extent correct? can you lead me to any other possibilities  that may be wrong with it?
As i stated, i did replace the thermal paste with some better/newer stuff. but not the thermal pads.
    Also cleaned clear of dust.

any test's that i can run myself on my end? specific tests maybe?

If we are running low on the model you sent in for warranty rather than having you wait, our policy is designed to offer you the next model that we do have available in stock based on equal or greater performance. EVGA will not downgrade your product's performance.

ok, so my question is. do you guys have my card instock still. as it is not the current model. but is still a gaming top card.

Has the replacement card been sent out to you yet? How long ago did you send in the old card? You will get the same model, unless they don't have it, at which time they will send you a card of equal or more performance like stated above. Please update this thread on the progress so far.

    wizQQ,

We unfortunately are unable offer up to the minute inventory information as our inventory changes continuously based on many factors.  Rest assured that when you do send your product to EVGA and it is processed for replacement, you will be receiving the same model and if not available, an equal or greater performing product so there is no loss here.  If your product is having an issue don't wait any longer, send it in so we can get you taken care of and back up and running as quick as possible.  We want to make sure that you have as minimal down time as possible.

    Best Regards,

Don't expect an upgrade, only expect a working card and all your expectations will be met.
