I been trying to RMA a defective video card I recieved through Newegg. Newegg told me they can't RMA it through them to contact EVGA. I am very upset as it is that I can't get a refund through Newegg. It is still under the 3 year warrenty and YOU send me a defective device. I have every right to a refund. So could someone explain to me where I can on this site do the RMA so I can get one?

In this situation I'll ask if someone from EVGA if they can post in this thread.

Hidden308 So could someone explain to me where I can on this site do the RMA so I can get one?

Go to the top of the page, click Support. Then look where it says product support, then you can do a guest RMA. If you are still under warranty, register your card, as it will be much quicker and easier to track when they receive the old card.

How long ago did you purchase? You say it is under the 3 year warranty, but not how long you have had it.

Also, what is wrong with it? If it is something that can be corrected without an RMA, like random shut downs and such, then you should try that before you send the card back to EVGA. If it is something else in the system and you think it is the card, then you may be able to correct it much quicker.
