RMA Waiting for approval

Hello
 
I requested a RMA for my 1070SC 10 days ago and the status is still "awaiting approval"...
I understand that custommers service must have lot of work at this time but would it be possible to know how long I'm gonna wait?
On this page http://eu.evga.com/support/ear/ it is said that approval could take 2 business days...

    I see other EU customers having the same issue with evga.eu support.

    Strange, for me EU support was really fast.
     
    Last Friday i made a support ticket for RMA approval and that got approved in ~6hrs. But it ended up in my spam inbox and i didn't see that untill Monday. Didn't expect such a fast response with the 10xx series issues and the weekend in between. So on Monday i sent in the RMA form which got accepted a day later. I then paid the collateral (advanced RMA) and on Wednesday my replacement card shipped. Cant ask for better support.
     
    So i think either something went wrong in your case or it has to be related to them not being able to handle all the 1070 RMA cases right away and that they spread those out a bit. My RMA is a much older card so that could make it easier for them. This is my 3rd RMA with EVGA and they have always been fast in my experience
