RMA - Help Request

I've done an RMA last Jan.
I've got another card, with another serial. 
The card came bent. 
I sent some emails to EVGA EU but i dont have any answer. 
What should i do ?

    After an SR2 RMA, this is my 2nd RMA with EVGA. Seems like 12years after, EVGA keeps the same superb customer support.
    They already replied and will help me.
    Its such a shame you closed the GPU department :(
