So I just received my RMA 970 and am waiting on my collateral refund. This is the first card I've bought from EVGA, and Nvidia for that matter, and I have to say the customer service is first class. I was even told I'd receive a brown box replacement but I got one in fresh retail packaging with all accessories and I just wanted to make a post about how much of a fan I am of EVGA now and how good a customer experience I had! Looking forward to being a part of the community and being an EVGA customer for a long time!

    Thats dope I just RMA'ed my 980ti and got a refurbished one but no biggie as long as it looks good and runs like a beast! First time I buy a GPU from them and customer service is A+!!

    I'm glad they got you fixed up! I have been real happy with a couple different RMA's.

    EVGA has the best graphics cards and the best customer service. What else could you want?
