Hello !

So I have 10 years warrany for my 1070 SC... You are lucky to be the only one brand to do that by the way

Imagine, she died in 3 years; I will have a card in remplacement who still have 7 years warranty ?
I guess the answer is yes. For me it's yes, I already read that here.

Now imagine 3 years after the replacement card died also; I will also have another replacement card with 4 years of warranty ?

And If, 3 years later... etc... ?

Thanks

I have 10 years warranty... For that I think it's clear.

In 3 years (2019), I send it to the RMA service because it doesnt work anymore. I will have another new card because I'm still under warranty. This new card will still have 7 years of warranty. I think it's clear too.

If the new card doesnt work 3 years after (2022), I'm gonna have a third graphic card ?

The replacement card will take over any remaining warranty period, even if you are on your 5th (or more!) replacement.

Be aware, if you sell the card, the 10 year warranty does NOT transfer. It is only good for you, the original owner. But yes, any replacements maintain the same warranty as the original card, so your 10 year warranty transfer to any rma replacement for that card.

I never sell my graphics cards, that the graphic card who decide if I have to buy a new one, thats why I'm on board with evga, because of this 10 year "free of mind"

But if I RMA my actual card, I have a replacement, that's ok but a 100% new one graphic card or a refurbished ?

Check that warranty link that I posted for your area. I know that in the USA the rule is:
    - Under 30 days since purchase you get a new card
    - Over 30 days you may get a refurbished card (depending on what they have available)

And whats the date that they use for the 30 days ? I imagine it's the first day that you own the card ? Or thats the day we made the order (amazon for me) ?

I believe it is from date of purchase shown on your invoice, but you'll have to ask EVGA to be sure.

Also keep in mind... A few years from now, if you RMA your card -- you may not get the same model as a replacement. If EVGA no longer has any stock of that model, they have the option of sending you a different "equivalent or higher performing" refurbished model. Most people view that as an "upgrade", but some may want the identical model back -- and EVGA is not always able to do that, particularly when a card has been out-of-production for many years.

It goes off date of purchase, as that is what is on the invoice like Scott_W stated.
