So I have already mailed my GPU back to EVGA. My question is, after they receive it will they send out the Step-up product, or will I be without a GPU for a while? I know the FAQ talked about this a bit, however it was somewhat unclear to me. Am I still in the queue for one, or will the step up go out once they receive my RMA?

    Hello mintyfruits,
     
    We do have a reserved stock for approved Step-ups.  Once your Step-up as been authorized to return to EVGA and received by EVGA, a Step-up NEW product will be shipped within 1-3 days from the date received.
