In my opinion, I would think you need to turn to NCIX for that information. You're not getting the cards directly from EVGA, you're getting them from NCIX.

I certainly have tried. The issues is that NCIX has ordered the cards and has failed to receive them from EVGA multiple times. Therefore EVGA is the only place I can get a ETA from. In my opinion I am a EVGA customer asking a legitimate question that can not be provided by the retailer. 
 
I realize I'll get em when I get em, but after spending over a thousand dollars and waiting a month I don't feel out of line asking for information regarding my purchase.
