Question about paying shipment

Hello, I want to do a Step-up for my 780, upgrading to 970.
 
I have read the FAQ, but english is not my native language and I'm not sure about the shipments that I have to pay. Do I have to pay the shipment of my card to EVGA ? The shipment of the new card from EVGA to my home ? Both ?
 
Also, the store where I bought the card sent me an unique invoice with all the ítems that I bought (an i5, RAM, fans, case, etc...), the taxes are applied at the end, over the total price, and I can't take a single invoice for the graphic card. Is this a problem ?

    In which country do you presently reside and what is your native language?
