Hi all, hope you're having a good day!

I'm in a little bit of a predicament here, my 780ti from EVGA has recently died on me, and of course I'd like to file for an RMA, but the issue is, the serial number sticker that was once on the bottom is no longer on the bottom of my 780ti, and is subsequently lost, I have spent an hour or so going through everything desperately trying to find it, but to no avail.

Is there anything I can do if I do not have the original serial number sticker, I do have the actual serial number in a picture I took when I first got it because I have got into the habit of doing that after a previous RMA issues several years ago, so is there any point of even submitting the RMA if I don't have the serial number sticker?

Thanks!

The decision about honoring your warranty with a missing sticker would have to come from EVGA Support Staff themselves. They do have a 24/7 Technical support line you can call but IDK if they can make this decision. At the very least they would be able to elevate the situation to someone who can make the decision about honoring your warranty or not. http://www.evga.com/about/contactus/

Apparently the forums are having fun double posting on us. Call EVGA Support and explain the situation and see what they can do to help you anyway.
