Very nice! that's a lot of tubing running through there, great cutting and curving to get good flow. I think I have seen your youtube videos if you are lethalhammer. Can't be two guys with nearly the same PC right? Amazing how you added another res to that. Assuming you are running two loops, how do you have the 3 rads split up? For me I have 1 quad for CPU only, and 2 triples for GPUs + Chipset.

Great set-up you have there :)

What company is sleeving the cables for you?

(edit: Just reread your opening post, and noticed you have already mentioned who was doing the sleeving for you )

So true.. I find myself daily looking at the case to see what I can do better. At this point I would need a new case all together to get better performance and temps.

Or, if you'd be willing to sacrifice on neatness, you could drop the 90 degree fittings and use straight fittings instead.

Main Rig:
Intel i7 920 [C0] @ 3.82Ghz | EVGA X58 [759] Classified (64) | MM Extended Ascension w/ Pedestal | Corsair HX1050
24GB Patriot Viper II ‘Sector 7’ 2000mhz (9-11-9-27) @ 1.65v | 2x EVGA GTX480 (875/2000 @1.1v) | CPU, GPUs and Mobo on H2O

Dedicated Folding Rig: ~In Progress~
Intel i7 3770K | EVGA Panther Point Mobo | Corsair AX650 | 8GB Corsair Vengeance 2000mhz (10-10-10-27) @ 1.5v

Re:Project Sledgehammer - The Build That Never Stopped 2010/05/12 16:51:32 (permalink)
Sorry for the delay... got the camera back and snapped some images of the back rad mount and some of the new fittings I used. I replaced the Koolance SLI fitting as I just didn't like the way it looked. Also the HC FTW cards have ample space to not need a spacer with 1/2" compression fittings. so it just looks thicker & i am sure it doesn't force a constraint on the flow as much.

Instead of cutting a hole in the case I used my lower PCI-E bay to port the wires for power.

Then I missed the first preorder for the 480 then got one on the 2nd go around then 2 more on the 3rd round.

Check out my new case http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=382308

Is this even right? I got my new 980x and the idle temps on the chip are 15c cooler than the i7 920. Did I just not have the block installed properly on my 920? or does this chip just run that much cooler?

God I hate you.  After seeing this I ordered a 980 for myself and the EVGA 762 MB.. Going 4way SLI. I am just trying to keep with the theme of your thread.  Except mine might better be The Build That Never Finished! LOL

I think that is the theme to all our builds... I am already looking at a 3rd GTX 480 along with some new HD's.
