Hi,
 
You received my 980ti trade-in on Monday via DHL, the step-up page updated to say "product received" but there's been no update email etc.
 
What's the status? Does it usually take this long to process once you've received customers graphics card trade-ins?
 
I'm sat here unable to play the games i want to play! :)
 
Any info. would be great.

    Shipping back to you will take one to three days.  Mine was received on 9/6, entered as "product received" on 9/7 and step up shipped to me on 9/8.  I received on 9/9 (paid for overnight shipping on the return product).  The return shipment can take up to the three days I mentioned.  Hope that helps.

    It's complete now and apparently has been shipped via UPS (tracking number doesn't work yet but i guess that's because it hasn't been picked up by UPS yet).
    I paid for European Standard shipping (about £15????) how did you pay for overnight shipping? Not sure i had the option.

    In the U.S.  I had three options:  1.  Ground up to 5 days; 2.  Two day and 3.  Overnight value ship.  I chose 3.  UPS will show tracking around 8pm tonight.  Their system is always delayed, but it will be there probably tonight for you to see.
