Hey all!

So I'm about to go SLI with my GTX 780Ti Classys (I've SLI'd twice before but never had this question) - I was wondering if I can use the lower (2nd) card's video outputs to my monitor, or if I need to use the top card's output.  I only ask because I've been having some issues with my current card's DisplayPort (though it could also be my monitor) and I was planning on switching over to the second card's DisplayPort.

Thanks

Pardon my ignorance.... why not put the new card in and try it solo to see if it's the monitor, cable or card? Then add the original card for sli.

Or, just make the old card the bottom card and put the new card in slot 1 to start. Then you can test the monitor and use the top card as well. It should work, even if you use the bottom one, I would think.

Water cooling loop makes maneuverability pretty tough...Normally I would do either of those things, but im only doing a partial drain of the loop this time :/

Also the actual card in use now functions perfectly fine aside from this potential displayport issue. Meaning if I use the second card as the output to the monitor and its messed up again, then I know its the monitor. If no issues arise, then it was the card and I wouldnt be using that one for video output anymore anyway :D
