Not many points in each unit in this challenge. We might keep ahead of Mr. Brown this challenge.

I got my 2 cores in with 319 points just now when I checked.

Short Time run tasks are why the Points are so low.
BUT I do have 3 Primes from Sophie Germain Tasks (SGS-LLR)

Points are of no particular consequence, just found myself way down on the list. I'm glad to contribute towards the team effort.

Ugh, I feel like a dope. Completely forgot water on the way home. Got home and finished putting a wiring harness in a truck for my brother and just got I side and sat down. Then remembered i completely forgot to stop. :(

Sorry, guess I'm sitting this one out.

A reminder

At the Conclusion of the Challenge

After the challenge ends, we would prefer users "moving on" to finish those tasks they have downloaded, if not then please ABORT the WU's instead of DETACHING, RESETTING, or PAUSING.

ABORTING WU's allows them to be recycled immediately; thus a much faster "clean up" to the end of a Challenge. DETACHING, RESETTING, and PAUSING WU's causes them to remain in limbo until they EXPIRE. Therefore, we must wait until WU's expire to send them out to be completed.

Another challenge done and in the record books.
Great job everyone.
I hope they announce how many primes were found during this challenge.
I know there had to be a few, but by who..

Final statistics:

Challenge: World Space Week Kickoff
App: 2 (SGS-LLR)
(As of 2016-10-04 18:00:21 UTC)

801117 tasks have been sent out. [CPU/GPU/anonymous_platform: 795421 (99%) / 0 (0%) / 5696 (1%)]

Of those tasks that have been sent out:

28682 (4%) came back with some kind of an error. [28669 (4%) / 0 (0%) / 13 (0%)]
548401 (68%) have returned a successful result. [542801 (68%) / 0 (0%) / 5600 (1%)]
222590 (28%) are still in progress. [222484 (28%) / 0 (0%) / 80 (0%)]

Of the tasks that have been returned successfully:

144339 (26%) are pending validation. [142631 (26%) / 0 (0%) / 1625 (0%)]
403965 (74%) have been successfully validated. [400074 (73%) / 0 (0%) / 3974 (1%)]
50 (0%) were invalid. [50 (0%) / 0 (0%) / 0 (0%)]
47 (0%) are inconclusive. [46 (0%) / 0 (0%) / 1 (0%)]

The current leading edge (i.e., latest work unit for which work has actually been sent out to a host) is k=3076884996117. The leading edge was at k=3045662789925 at the beginning of the challenge. Since the challenge started, the leading edge has advanced 1.03% as much as it had prior to the challenge!

Fantastic work done by everyone. We actually sent out tasks at double the rate of last year's SGS challenge. Amazing!

There were a bunch of primes found during this challenge. More details later once all the wingmen come in and the primes are verified.

Not sure yet, I think once all the WUs from the challenge are crunched, double-checked and verified they will give a list who found primes.
Would be nice if we found a few. A lot of WUs were done this challenge. A whole bunch of WUs for sure.

The Dawgs passed me in the last hour or two,(Thought I had him beat) and a team member from team Japan came out of nowhere and stopped just short of passing me.
He must of had some bunker built up. Not sure why you would do that, much less of a chance of being the prime founder. I guess it adds the the excitement to drop the bunker at the end.
It was an interesting challenge for sure, fastgeek took the number 1 spot, congrats to him and [H] who came in 3rd.
We had a good turnout for this challenge and came in 6th place. Nice to be in the top ten, good job everyone.

Next challenge is a CPU and GPU challenge, but GPU is the way to go for sure. Will see how that one shakes out. 44 days out.
Weather should be nice and cool, hope I heed heat so I can run some hardware all out.
