Recently my combination of keystrokes didn't work. It was CTRL+1-0 so I thought that it was an issue with BF4 but then decided to disable programs one by one. Found out that PrecisionX 5.0.0 causes blocking this combination of buttons. Now I'm able to switch beteween browser tabs or use CTRL+1-0 in every game (previously was playing BF4 mainly). So the issue here lays in PrecisionX 5.0.0 > EVGA please fix it. As a temporary solution I've uninstalled PrecisionX 5.0.0 and installed MSI Afterburner 4 beta 9 which works much more stable and do not block key combinations by far ...

Don't bother man. Just install MSI Afterburner 4.0 final. This issue was in Precision 5.0 for months ...

Not fixed =/ I reassigned my hot-keys in my games to work around this for now, but what gets me is that I can't Ctrl + 0 to reset the zoom on my web pages >.<

Ctrl + 0-9 is such an common keyboard shortcuts being wildly used in a lot of games. Disable those shortcuts in game like StartCraft 2 is basically like disabling half of game control.....
It turns out that Precision X 16 v5 is using those shortcuts for quick switching Profiles 0-9. I even tried to re-assign those profile hotkeys in Advance menu to something else, but the default CTRL 0-9 hotkeys are still hijacked by Precision... EVGA, this is considered as a bug and please fix it in the future release!

are you serious. I wish i found this thread before i downloaded and installed this new version. I was having really bad cases of keys not working. ctrl+0 doesn't reset zoom in firefox for example. can't sprint and look back (3 key pressed down at same time) in games. I thought my brand new keyboard was bad and was VERY CLOSE to submitting an RMA before i found a post in an obscure forum saying he disabled evga then keyboard stopped ghosting. I did that and yep problems went away. Then i come here about to post a thread on this problem and found this thread already posted here...... the amount of time you costed me, EVGA..... troubleshooting my problem thinking it was my keyboard, time better spent on other more useful things. thanks a lot.
