There's no "Start up on windows" option?

Is it possible for you to add Precision X OC to your windows start up folder?

Yeah actually everyone here is spot on. I've tried several things. I've gone into control panel, I've manually added the program to the windows start up folder, I've tried using a batch file (thats how I start my minecraft server at boot) to NO avail. Absolutely nothing will get Precision X to work on windows 10 64bit. I'm not really sure what else to do, I'm just hoping that EVGA support and administrators who browse the forums, browse enough to notice this post and forward it to their software team. If there's a place to submit bugs that anyone knows about, I'd appreciate it you could forward me the contact info :) Thanks for reading and trying to help guys.

Won't run at boot up either in win10 pro 1607.

Ok, I may have a solution after reading through a million of these forums, and with bob16314's help. Bare with me though, I'm a total noob.
 
I have had this problem since I switched from the Steam version to the Windows version. I even downloaded the PXOC version, hoping that would help, even though I can't do the cool scanner feature with my 750ti. 
 
Let's get right to it.
 
First off, I manually added the shortcut to PXOC to the Startup folder. That didn't work. Tried shortcuts, and even the .bat file OP was talking about. Nothing worked.
 
I went and messed around with the Task Scheduler, as bob suggested and that didn't immediately work, but I couldn't shake the thought that it was because opening the PXOC app required User Account Control permission ("do you want this app to make changes to your computer"). Tried giving it elevated access, and even changing the properties of the original file and the shortcut to "run as administrator". Still nothing worked.
 
So I was googling how to remove UAC from an app and I found a program called 'UAC Pass', I'd link it here but I don't know the rules on that, so just google it.
 
The app was confusing for me, so maybe watch a tutorial or something. But, I figured it out and basically removed that stupid windows shield icon (the blue and yellow one) from the app shortcut icon.
 
Putting the new non-UAC shortcut into the startup folder has fixed the problem for me.
 
It takes a minute or so to startup the PXOC program, so this may be due to messing with the task scheduler program (I told it to start the program when I log on, and if it doesn't, retry once a minute for 3 minutes).

Edit: BTW pr00f, I have updated multiple times, including when I went from the regular PX software to PXOC and it always seems to save my settings.

This UAC program only removes the UAC check on the PXOC app though, AFAIK.
 
I didn't wanna turn my UAC all the way off either.
 
By all means, stick with what you're comfortable with. I'm always afraid to do something I don't understand. But, this issue has been plaguing me for so long, I just said "F it, I'm fixing this today. I don't care what it takes."

My video card is loud and my mic picks up the annoying noise and plays it right into my ears. I need this program running, so I am very glad I finally found something that works. I've gone on quite a few quests to fix it, and it's good to not have to deal with it any longer.

When "Start With OS" is enabled in EVGA Precision, it creates (or is supposed to create) a task in the Task Scheduler Library, and when "Start With OS" is disabled it is deleted (or should be deleted) from the Task Scheduler Library.

I believe the option exists for everyone, not sure if you wanted to know if the option was grayed out or selected.

Anyone found a solution yet other than all of the above?
