Today EVGA updated to the above version of Precision. I downloaded the .zip file. It won't open. It's a 32.1MB file and error message says it ain't quite ready for Prime Time and won't open. Can we fix this?  Please

    I have the same problem.
     
    Changelog
    • Now enabling the OSD ON setting on new PrecisionX installs will automatically enable OSD for GPU Clock, Memory Clock, Memory Usage, GPU Temperature and Framerate.
    • Fix issue with changing OSD color if more than one graphics card.
    • Add RGB LED support for GeForce GTX 980 Ti K|NGP|N edition.

    had the same problem right away just now   Click it error :P

    Having problems downloading v5.3.6. Getting server error message: "Parameter is incorrect. File path is invalid or the file doesn't belong this user!" with both Firefox and IE. I am logged in on EVGA, also.

    Fixed now. Sorry for the issues!

    Thank you, Jacob. Downloaded v5.3.6 and successfully installed. Haven't tested with games, just BOINC tasks, and it's working correctly as far as core clock speed settings and fan profile.

    I see my pc is running version 4.2.1 OF Precision x 16.. I guess I haven't updated in a while. lol Do you think I should update? I see some people have had a lot of problems with the latest version sadly. The only problem I've seen is my gpu would  not downclock, but after reading the forums I realize a lot of people are having the same issues so I doubt it is Precision X doing that.

    Upon downloading Precision x16 5.3.6, my steam game (CSGO) would crash and my screen would get stuck with no icons what so ever. I also got this "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area (cdd.dll)" and a blue screen. I had to restore windows to last update and reinstall my steam and my steam games. I still get the update 5.3.6, but I don't think i will be updating it.
     
    PS: I did call tech support but they told me to download my GPU drivers again. It didn't work. I currently use old version of Precision X

    I updated to the new Precision x16 5.3.6.  But when playing Diablo3, the cursor disappears.  So, I uninstalled the update and rolled back to 5.3.5.  No problems now....

    4.2.1 is not part of x16. It was the last Unwinder made Precision and it works well still. Only update if you need very specific features from X16.
