While I suppose I can't complain about getting a free Powerlink... I'm disappointed.  Since I have a Founder's 1080, I used the included hex key to remove the extra 8 pin connector and reinserted the screws.  I didn't tighten them down very hard, but when I went to look it over before installation, the inner rails had visibly bowed in where the screws went in.

I'm not sure if the proper fix is a thicker rail, a stamping to add some stiffness, or just a plastic insert to replace the pin plug.

Their is a Brace in the end and they can never touch each other.
They look and work fine for me.
    Anything can be over-tightened.
