Khalifrio I finally hit one of my long term goals. 100,000,000 for GPU Grid. I got this shiny badge in the process.
Grats Khali I remember the yellow dotted Cysteine well, think me and bcavnaugh had a race for it. Take a good look at it while you have it, there is only one more yellow dotted GPUGRID badge to grab, the "Methionine", only 900.000.000 to go Good Job

New Badges seem to have picked up this week great work our team is doing. And glad to see bill1024 & his 10 Year Badge. With the cooler weather coming our way (in the US that is) I have not ran any of may air units for the last week. After a small warm up this week we start to see steady cool weather for most of this year ending. Can't wait to see what the COTM POTM will be for November. No new badge this week for me but I did pick up my 4th UOTD from Collatz ConjectureMaybe a GPU project as my poor AMD 2P and 4P really suck as it takes 2 to 3 times longer than an Intel CPU to complete one task.

M104 Today from theSkyNet POGS Is it a taco? Is it a burrito? No, but it is a Sombrero Galaxy! At 28 million light years away in the Virgo constellation you can see what is fantastically named as the Sombrero Galaxy, or M104. It is named for its bright nucleus, prominent dust lane, inclined disc and unusually large central bulge (cheeky).

New Today from theSkyNet Potassium Pure potassium burns with a pale lilac flame and reacts violently with water. Potassium chloride can be used instead of table salt (sodium chloride) for people trying to cut salt out of their diet.

Very rare in stars, Fluorine is another element that's quickly converted into other things. You've probably encountered it in your toothpaste as fluoride. Show off your toothy grin! (Awarded for achieving 656,100 credits)

M33 Belongs to: Voyage through the Messier catalogue It’s always friendly to meet the neighbors, especially if they are only a mere 3 million light years away! That being said here is M33, the Triangulum Galaxy, or sometimes referred to as the Pinwheel Galaxy. It is a member of our Local Group of galaxies (also including the Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy). Possibly being bound to Andromeda, the Triangulum houses around 40 billion stars, which compared to what the other two have isn’t a large amount, making it one of the most distant, permanent, objects that can be viewed with the naked eye. Lucky for you, you can now keep it on your trophy shelf! You've helped process 2000 galaxies for theSkyNet POGS - thank you! (Awarded for contributing to more than 2,000 galaxies)
