I have an "MM" badge too, but like you, I have no idea where it came from. It can't be MindModeling because I have not worked that project.

Mine only shows up on my badge list on Free DC. I wonder if there isn't a glitch some where with Free DC?

MM are Combined from Free DC and only show on Free DC so they are your Milestones for Combined BOINC projects so to say. You will also see other badges that are shown as the 4 for Collatz Conjecture and the 2 for Asteroids@Home

I got picked as Rosetta's user of the day myself. I did the same as you did and followed bcavnaugh's advice. Congrats on the GPU Grid badge. I just got my 25 million badge a few days ago.
