1.  Run the Valley Benchmark (press F9)
2.  When the score shows after the benchmark run, press F12
3.  Quit the valley program
4.  Go to C:\Users\"Your Windows User Name Here"\Valley\screenshots in your system folders 
5.  Upload the screenshot file to photobucket or IMGshack or upload it to the forum.
6.  Post the image to the forum, post your specs and use this format 
(Name)-------(GPU)-------(Score) above the image file
 
Also just look at some of the other posts and you'll see how its done.  Post 819 is a good one that follows Baltothewolf's format.

I'm working on it, it will get better later.
 
wen't from 1956 to 2034 so far, about the same gain I had with the 570, this is just from changing boards
