I have a Z77 Classified that i got from EVGA RMA dept. but it started to not start at all shortly after i received it, Called in to try and RMA it again and they told me its out of warrenty now. 
 
symptoms: when i turn on the PSU the on board power button light will stay solid green and not allow me to power the board up when pressing the power button.
 
if i let all the power drain out from the mother board for about 30 minutes with no battery i may beable to get it to post once and it will turn off or reboot into the green light of death.
 
this has started to get worse and now it will really not post at all.
 
Any ideas guys?
 
yes tried new ram,psu,chip,bios and taking it out of the case.
