My folding points for September hasn't updated on the EVGA site in a week or so, it only shows around 1.0M when I ended with over 1.5M for the month. Is anyone else having trouble with this?

Yes, I have the same problem.  The stats stopped updating perhaps since either Friday or Saturday, 9/26 or 9/27 at 1,438,753.  EOC has my total as 1,748,969 for September and EVGA should be somewhere in the neighborhood.

I've been hoping that it would eventually get straightende out, but when I saw the count for October has started at zero (0), I began to worry.

Well, at least it's not just me. Hopefully they will get it sorted out. Thanks for posting elrado1.

If anyone has a solution to recommend or knows that EVGA is aware and working on it please speak up.

And another +1.  They did add my missing points to this month though.  Don't really like that.  Hopefully is will get corrected.

Scotty, my points were lumped into October as well. I guess this shows they are making progress! Hopefully they can still get it back into the proper months as I can't claim my 2nd set of folding bucks for September. I've got my eye on the 970 FTW and need every $5 I can get towards it.

Well, EVGA's update this afternoon (local time) gave me a BIG jump on the point tally.  With my total for the month now standing at 397,285, I'll be able to quit folding after 2-3 weeks into the Month, unless October is shortened to two weeks!  For the record, EOC stats showed my tally at 53,793 at the time of the update.  I know there is a difference of time zones with the updates, so the exact difference is difficult to discern.

Anxiously awaiting the outcome of this situation.

    Hi Guys,

We did have an issue with some users points not updating.  This has been corrected going forward.  For those of you that had the point total affect your EVGA Bucks, please email me directly at rbaca@evga.com and I will check and award the EVGA Bucks manually as necessary.  I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Thank you,
    Rob

Not corrected for THIS month (October) for me. I've got over 1.5 million so far but the EVGA page only shows 112k. Not worried about it.. just pointing it out. Still seems to be some kind of delay going on.

Same Here as my points are not showing, but as mflanaga states above it not something that you need to worry about come Sunday Night or Monday all should be fine.

I have also noticed that after July, the stats are showing quite different amounts. That is comparing what EVGA is showing in my folding and EOC stats. EVGA shows about half a million more than EOC in the same period monthly.

I've already e-mailed Rob with what my points are sitting at and have gone ahead and pulled the monthly start stats for Sept and Oct (1st of the month, midnight PDT (7am GMT)) and am waiting to hear from Rob if he wants the files to insert into the system.

I'll let you know what's going on from my end of things as they happen.

I am showing you are at about 1.8 million after we did another update.  If the numbers are a little off, it probably has to do with Stanford and the time we pull them. I noticed that you where able to submit for your points request for both levels, and that is the main area of concern.

    Rob,

Nothing so far, this is what I have from EOC stats; 1,707,658 and yet, I'm less than 720K according to EVGA.  No worries but heck it is fun to see, I was at 300k plus Saturday...
