My pc is working (im sure this because ive tried to re-plugged my old graphic card, it was just fine, the monitor showed up), but the monitor just wont display. Is my card DOA? or I need to do some BIOS setting things (but how do i do it the monitor not even display!?)
Thanks guys.

Check to make sure that the card is seated properly in the PCIe slot.  Make sure that the power cables are plugged in.  Ensure your power supply is of sufficient power to run that video card.

To check your bios version:  <start menu>, type "CMD" and run it.  In the command prompt, type "msinfo32".  Check the bios version information on that page, against the motherboard manufacturer's website, to ensure that you have the latest version.  If you have to flash the bios, follow the directions they give for doing so...they're all just a little bit different.

You don't need the Command Prompt. Just type MSINFO32 into your search box after hitting the Windows key.
