Plastic Window has fine scratches

This is crazy I only clean the windows with special plastic cleaner (Novus #1 plastic clean and shine) and wipe it with a soft, new and clean microfiber cloth the way I cleaned my MNPCTECH Cosmos II clear side and this has all scratches the other one does not.
 
This is crazy how soft the Plexiglas is.
 
I have no problem paying a price for something that I want but I would like to be able to clean the window without scratching it when I use the correct products to clean.
 
what did I do wrong EVGA.
 
Also I did not get the thumb screw to mount the EVGA Plexiglas part did I not get some other hardware.

    It's the same thumb screw that holds all the PCIE plates in place, so assuming you are using at least one GPU, you should be able to salvage a screw from that.

    Thank you I have that worked out but what I am trying to get at is we paid a good price for the case and a parts list in the manual would have been nice.
     
    I think that they should have charged another 50 bucks and made the door thicker and the window tempered glass.
     
    Can I get a new window for the case EVGA because I hate seeing the scratches in this window on a case that is no even a month old.

    I'll have to check out this window in person. If you're experiencing this issue, then likely others will too.
     
    Tempered glass not only raises retail price, but increases chances of consumers breaking it or getting damaged in transit to distributors, retailers, and consumers. This is why only handful of manufacturers are offering tempered glass windows or panels in their cases.

    Monday is a holiday so keep this in mind. Contact EVGA tech support if you are unhappy about any aspect of your product.

    The manual could definitely be a lot better.
     
    Even though it's the hot new fad in cases, I'm glad they didn't go tempered glass.  This case already weighs 50lb, and glass would have only made that worse.  I would also rather have some scratches than pay the extra money; I think the case has a pretty reasonable price point for a high end case and I don't think losing that strength is worth the gains from using glass.

    Thanks for the responses other than the windows issues I love the case.
     
    Mr. MNPCTECH I purchased your Clear side for the Cosmos II case and it still looks as good today as it did when I purchased it 2 years ago. The mods you sell for cases are amazing and built to last. If  there is any way your company comes up with a new window for this case I will be online to purchase one.

    If anyone wonders way we buy our products from EVGA this is why. I post this thread and then I emailed Joe Darwin today after my email back to Joe I received a phone from him. I explained the problem and how I cleaned and EVGA as always is taking care of the problem.
     
    I have been a service tech for over 25 years and we all know things arises from time to time but it only becomes a problem if it not taken care of.
     
    Again thanks to the staff at EVGA for unbelievable products and customer service.
