Payment server down?

Went to process payment on my step up and the i am getting a zero size object error. the server down. 
oh and also, when i received my step one email, it showed my home address as my shipping address. i already had a different shipping address on my profile, will it still go there?
please don't send the cards to my house lol. it will be stolen while i am at work. many, many meth heads in tulsa.

    Hello Caust,
     
    I am sorry for any troubles you were having with submitting your payment.  I did check your account and do see the payment was made successfully.
     
    Also,  you can ship both cards in the same box, but please make sure there is enough padding in-between the two, so that they do not get damage in shipping.  Please also make sure the Step-Up/RMA tags are visible for both.
