Please forgive the wall of text using my cell phone as my pc isn't exactly working right now.

So been having issues for a while and today they appear to have came to the front line fighting it out hard. So I got random driver stooped responding errors for a while and turned down my settings and it went away. Good I though but no. Now the computer locks up and before it dies it usually artifacts before locking up now. My last card was easier to determine the issue I had a second card but don't have it any more. So before submitting my rma request it said something about checking the 12v rail fluctuations. In my bios it goes from 12.125 to 12.051 about every 1.5 seconds and on occasion to 11.978. Now I know these aren't exactly accurate but I don't have a multimeter here or time until the weekend to get one. Work way to much this time of year. So I know the manufacturers say they can vary what 5-6 % or something and it be perfectly acceptable. The PSU in question is a SeaSonic x750 or x850 I can't remember and only have my phone to look up stuff on and type this message. I'm hoping I can reach my buddy to have him try the card in his pc but it's not looking great so far and I live over an hour from any kind of decent town that's over say 15 k people with adequate stores and shops to help. As usual you guys are my first and last lone when I can't get stuff taken care of by myself and you guys have never failed me yet. Thanks in advance for any information you can give me. Oh yea one last thing I got 3 videos of it happening I posted on youtube if anyone cares to see them. Please be warned my house was loud at the time and my kids were awake so maybe some loud or obnoxious noises I'm sorry for lol.

YouTube address is damn can't link it. one sec I will upload them to my new gaming youtube. TELYgamer

Ok so either my sleeping pills are making me a zombie yes it's totally happening at the worst time or I'm just not smart enough to find and post the link to my youtube. Sorry to make you guys search for it to see the 3 different problem videos but I'm failing at doing anything from my phone tonight. Just search Telygamer and it'll come up. First 3 bids are of my PC being broken.

    Tried old drivers same problems.

Looks like a bad card to me if it's not overheating..I'd reseat the card in the PCIe slot as well as the connectors and try another PCIe slot if the Z68 supports using another slot other than the primary..Of course testing it in another system/with another adequate PSU to see would be ideal, but I'm callin' it a bad card and would just go ahead and RMA it if you can't do that/all else fails..You could try overvolting/underclocking it with EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner for kicks to see if it matters any.

While monitoring inside the BIOS the PSU shouldn't fluctuate more than .05 on the +12v, however, your video here clearly shows a GPU problem.

So I thought maybe I would turn up the voltage on the video card and see if that fixed the problem, I was wrong. I can play longer but I still crash and I opened afterburner and got this snippet of what it showed.
