So I should have cleaned my case out and removed the dust screens from the intakes and checked my cooler BEFORE this started instead of today....  Temps dropped 15C and I was able to up my OC to 3.9 and its still a few degrees cooler than before.  Not sure if going from 3.8 to 3.9 would have made much of a difference, though....
