I'm here too, trying to complete a second rig for dedicated folding (spare socket 1366 i7 for sale anyone?). It would be disappointing to have to join another time zone. We should stick it out just for the fun of it (reminds me of the Chimp Challenge). PST has to be represented!

If you want to stick it out (which is admirable), I'd start getting in touch with some folders that could make you guys competitive. As much as we all want to win...we also want a fair fight.

It'd be cool if they wanted to fold with us. I know Xavier has made some attempts to get other teams involved on various other forums, but I haven't had any time to stop by those forums. Perhaps you should ask him about it or stop by their forums.
Whatever you guys decide to do as a team is OK by me as long as it is in line with the spirit of the contest.

yes you can. I've posted on a few forums in hopes to improve forum membership (particularly folders) Hardware Canucks EOC trubritar NVidia Forums so if you have a particular forum you visit pop in and tell them about the contest But if you could convince sfield (evga) to fold for you guys (like troy8d said) you would definitely make this a 4 way battle after the Other TZ signup members get assigned a team (to balance it out) if you could get sfield and another on that list it be even better. just shoot a few pm's their way and see what comes out of it.
