I saw the US cases were shipping, but didn't find anything about EU.

Unfortunately we do not have a ship date for your order however we are trying to ship the cases out as fast as possible. I apologize for any inconvenience and once it is shipped the order will be updated and a tracking number will be listed on it at the end of the business day it ships.

But i gotta say thats really low of EVGA to bring up shipping in 1-2 weeks when it is apparent that they can only keep that time table for the west coast USA.
You think you will have it on your desk soon and realize it might take until x-mas.

My Best bet would be that the major resellers in Germany such as Alternate or Mindfactory have it for sale sooner than we get our preordered Cases...

Just got a link from EVGA with a Paypal link, so the Case should be on its way soon. Shipping Cost is fair considering the weight of the Case.

according to the email we got it takes about 1 day for verification. Seems that they are checking if Paypal has transferred the money correctly.

But Payment link (PayPal) is broken for me.
Already contacted German support this morning, but no answer until now.
Pisses me off because this makes it at least another day until this tower gets sent.

Strange situations about my order...today at the 14 pm the order status was upgraded to "order shipped" but at now i haven't tracking number. I chatted with the US support that told me that the order didn't result "shipped"....i wrote another mail to EU support and i hope that tomorrow someone tell to me the real situation about order.

Well my UK order has now moved from open to completed and simply says Your order has shipped.
I also have received no email from EVGA that says it has shipped or anything from UPS that it has been picked up and therefore no tracking number yet.
So your guess is as good as mine.

I'm already unhappy that they choose to deliver with UPS because for me they are always trouble and do not deliver on Saturdays.
From what you are saying the cases most likely haven't been handed over to UPS.
So one has to calculate with delivery on Wednesday given they ship out on Monday?

It is a bit naughty EVGA.
As far as we know by looking at our accounts our cases have been shipped, now what?
Do I stay in and wait for it in case it gets delivered today? I have no tracking number, my profile went from pre order to open to completed and now says shipped what else are we to assume?
I don't like to complain. In fact I'm in no rush for the case I just don't want to have to stay in all day not knowing if the case is being delivered today or in the case of Enzo's email maybe not even handed over to the courier yet.

Yep, sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting for that elusive email or my account to update.
Monday was supposed to be the fabled "Ship" day and now it's gone 20:20 (UK time) and still no update to email or account.
Money taken on the 16th, account updated to "shipped" on the 18th, people finding out that shipped doesn't actually mean shipped on the 19th but not to worry as "we don´t have it currently - should get posted as fast as possible through your profile, probably on Monday latest"
Good to know.
Back to twiddling those thumbs.

I almost see the preorder price reduction not as a promotion for said preordering but as incentive to take part in an early alpha testing of world synchronous shipping of a preordered product.
Sad thing is that the time and energy each one of us puts into the forum for that is probably worth more per person than the case itself.
