    Seems like it's more of a Zotac concern not an industry concern.  I do know that on Ebay when I look at the gpu section I tend to notice the Zotac ones seem to sell around 20% cheaper then EVGA ASUS and MSI.  Actually EVGA gpu's tend to sell higher then most. Is it quality or poor customer service? I for one have never considered Zotac for anything but then again when it comes to GPU's I only end up buying EVGA. So I may be biased.
