Very nice list of parts. I see one possible area of concern. The 980 Classified has a wider than normal PCB on it. And because your building in an ITX case you may run into an issue with the GPU's power cables hitting the side window. But it may also be a non issue.

Update: Changed my build around little due to some different Ideas

Lian Li PC-Q36 Silver (Delete Phanteks Evolv ITX)
    Noctua NH-U12S ( Delete Noctua NH-U12S)

Honestly the Phanteks case felt like crap. I saw the Lian Li case that looked really nice and decided to get it.

Nice build lucky you got the skylake much cheaper than I did lol just got email from newegg on the sale last week would of waited but couldn't since I had to rebuild and business season was approaching.

You should try the THOR V2 if you plan on air it is super cool beats all water temps reviews on newegg I'm running the Coolermaster EVO 212 single as purchased and bought a seperate 120mm coolermaster fan for $11 even nicer than the one that came with it in push pull, the EVO 212 dual setup is much more costly when you can spend $40 in total to get both fans like I did, the heatsink CM and Noctua are virtually identical except the CM has plastic fan clips vs the Noc's metal clips.

I looked through ever corsair review on newegg expanded all reviews to 100 per page searched 6700k and everything was 10C hotter than I was, then proceeded and bought a block and tested to see myself I thought they were OC'ing wrong or something but nope I was 10C minimum hotter on water than air idle/load even with pump and fans 100% wide open, even corsairs site had horrible OC instructions for this CPU they could not even get 4.6 stable on their testing, I made a comment about how easy 4.6 was checked back next day on their site and the OC video and my comment was removed haha.

But I have never seen such a great air case as this THOR it is amazing and excellent price.

When do we get to see some pics?

Going to make a modrig profile for it?
