Seems to be working ok but I have 2 things in my device manager that are not correct.

Marvell Console
PCI Simple Communications Controller

Can't seem to find any driver for them even in 8.1 x64

Any help would be appreciated.

I want you to talk to EVGA tech support to be sure but my first impression is that you need to load the Win 8/8.1chipset drivers and the ESATA driver. I'm not sure if the marvell console is part of the ESATA or the USB 3.0 drivers.

Yeah, I had already tried those. The chipset solved all but the 2 I mentioned, but none of the other drivers helped.

Well, all tech support could do is suggest reverting back to 8.1. Looks like support for the P67 series is gone.
